Loretta Cooper (1907-1955?) was the daughter of Joseph Bear Cooper and Helen Freda (Cooper) Cooper. She married Delmas Mayer Rubikow (1906-?) circa1934.

We have identified her through another picture we have posted on the blog- see “The Daughters of Joseph Baer Cooper and Helen Cooper.”
